Drivers Form Assistance
Apparently a checkbox online when I renewed my license online. Must be obscure because I certainly would not have requested this service to help me study for a test to pass a license test I was never going to be asked to test. For the past seven months I have been billed $9.97 each month and one time Online Assistance Fee : $16.69 (processing what?) against my credit card for this monthly training available to me online. There was no email, or it got caught up in SPAM and was deleted, and there is no description in the Credit Card description to let you know what it is other than FORMS ASSISTANCE and a 1877-249-3543 phone number. Call that number and they will allow you to leave message, but again no company name or description, just request for your order #. I complained and 2-3 weeks letter got an email that did have the company name included.
I called to complain with my credit card records ready (searched by "9.97" amount) for past 18 months. At Alex said best he could do was refund 3 months, I complained this was a scam, and he quickly changed policy to refund 6 months. Said it woould take one to two billing cycles to show up back on card based on credit card company, but no future charges would be made
