I ordered a sample of vydox vitahlth 855-720-1110. Only paying the shipping cost of $4.95. I did not know that this was a trial and that in 14 days my card would be billed 89.99. I noticed this amount on my bank statement which should of not been there. I contacted 2 different people regarding my issue and they both told me that the acct was ineligible for a refund. Something must be done to these crocks. Asked for supervisor got dean which is in colorado and he was very rude and told me that 4 reps already told me no refund allowed. This information is untrue and something must be done
