I rang up for a loan enquiry and did not get explained to me that yourselves would be taking money out of my bank account for admin fees. If i had known that i was being charged for looking for a loan then i could of done that by myself and not get charged for it.

I need the money put back into my bank account asap please as i have other commitments.
