Hi.. I am a Canada aspirant and with reference to my friend who processed his visa through Y axis to Australia referred me. I do not claim that completely Y axis is unfit for helping in immigration process but many in Yaxis are poor in response. Kindly do not accept the Process consultants

While I started my process initially it was very much better with my Process Consultant Monalisa but after which suddenly they changed her and Srikanth Arveti came into picture. I started document collection in 2013 and planned to file the application for Canada and since because of CAP closure I holded the process for nex cap. So I sent all the required document for review on Sep'2013. From then I keep on asking him to review the documents and start filling the application he told ok ok ok. The day comes when CIC announced cap for 2014 aspirants on Apr 24th 2014. Even the news was not shared by him I forwarded the news to Srikanth and asked him to start the filling process immediately. He was saying that there will be some changes in previous year application so we waited till it got released by CIC on May 1st. Then i asked to proceed then he told application needs to be filled and it will take a week time. I accepted and gave him 1 week for filling even I had given all my details in word format to copy paste easily. After a week over then no response after a great struggle I reached him and he told that he will start filling and do it in 2 days. So I expected it would be ready by May 10th. Then again no response and called the whole office numbers I have they told he is busy with client and we will arrange call back. I dint receive any calls and I tried reaching his lead Shailu Vardhan and she is always in training I am not sure in which training she was even microsoft traning's or any traning will not be there for whole 24 hrs of the day. I dint get a bit reponse in mail or phone from his lead or Srikanth. After many days he came and told he was on leave and by May 14th he told that he is starting the application and will give it by 15th. I got depresssed and I itself started looking into the applications and felt that Y axis is just looking for money from new clients and not bother about the existing people who are very keenly looking for immigration and they do not bother about clients worries. Because when i started filling the application it took 5 Hrs for me to complete it. Since i dint have any travel to other countries. I done that on 15th May and he sent the draft copy on 15th. I came to know the things I entered was exactly same what he did no difference.
