I used this service by mistake when I was unable to have my mail sent to General Delivery in Breckenridge using the USPS website. Our mail was supposed to be forwarded to our temporary (3 weeks) address in Breckenridge on June 28, 2014. We arrived in Breckenridge on July 1st, 2014. As of today July 7, 2014 , we have received two (2) letters!!! I do not care to pay for perfect services. This is a huge scam and I will definitely request a refund.
This information should be diffused as broadly as possible to avoid other people to be caught in the same trap.
A very unhappy customer.
