I ordered 2 trial samples and was #4.99. Dermal Juvenate and Juven Eye-Max. I received an email on June3rd telling me that the Juven Eye-Max was shipped and on June 10th, I received an email telling me that the Juvenate was shipped. On June 23th, I was billed 99.13 for the Derma Juvenate. On June 25th I called to cancel both accounts and the next day when I looked at my visa statement, I noticed that they had billed another 96.85 for the Juven Eye-Max. When I called to tell them that I did not have the product for 14 days, they said too bad, there's nothing we can do. Customer service is very rude.
I want my money back, this is wrong. It's unacceptabsle to charge someone's credit card if I didn't authorize.
