He sent a letter promising to send me winning lottery numbers. He said in letter play the lottery mega million. he sent me 5 numbers demanding payment for these supposedly winning numbers. You need 6 numbers to win. I sent him a letter stating to send me 6 numbers and I will send him his money. Of course the 5 numbers weren't even close to winning anything. He keeps sending me invoices for payment. I keep writing him to send me the 6 numbers and i will pay him. He says he is going to turn me over to a collection service. He will not answer my returned mail. I do not feel I need to pay him any money until I receive the winning numbers. And I will not send him any money until he sends me the 6 winning numbers. I was already stung by another member of this same society. He sent me numbers and then at the last minute said the numbers were not active I would need to send more money for more numbers. These supposedly psychics are scam artists just trying to get money out of unsuspecting people. Please help me with this situation.
