I was shopping on JC Penny website when I was asked to complete a survey for a free gift. The survey appeared to be from Pennys. I was given a choice of "gifts". I chose Lipo g3 diet pills. I was told I would only have to pay a shipping charge. Their regular website says you must return the unused portion within 14 days to avoid paying $99.98. It also says you will receive shipments monthly. This is information I never saw or would agree to. I just returned from vacation to find two shipments in my mailbox. I tried contacting them. My first several calls were rejected. When I finally reached customer service, they refused to allow me to return the unopened shipments.
