safecart is charging my checking account 19.97 and 9.97 for charges i did not request or authorize on 7/15/2014. A pop up screen came on my dell computer stating the my drivers were old and need updated. I may have downloaded a file to update my computer but cancelled it after realizing it was a fraud. Several unsuccessful attempts were made by me to remove the program from my computer.
