Two charges were made on my Master Card on July 3, 2014. I contacted my Credit Card Company and their Fraud Department placed my on a 3-way call with a rep. from ECHST. The rep. first suggested that my name was not my real name, then accused ME of authorizing fraudulent charges. I had my Credit Card Company void my card and issue a new one.
