Lizweb solution called me to say my computer software is out dated, it must be up dated, I ask how much is their services they said is R702.00, instead they took R8000, and my computer was still the same as before nothing was done to up grade it, 2 days later they called again to say they made a mistake they will refund me my money but I must be infront of the computer to fill up a form of refund, I ask them why dont they reverse it like the way they took it, they fail to do that, today they called again to say I must fill the form in the computer so that I can get my refund, instead of getting the refund, they told me to tell my bank to unblock my previous master card that they took R8000 from, so that they can credit my money there, to my surprise my bank told me that the transaction of R5333.72 was made at 18:36 by liz web solution today, and they blocked my computer.
