I had made purchase for cell phone from this website, as shown in their website it was supposed to be deliver within 10 days of placing order. Since I did not get phone within that time I've tried contacting customer support several times but I got no response. The Item was never been delivered to me and it was returned to sender. Hence I call your support again and I was told that I'll get refund in my bank account within 20 days. Since I got no refund I called support again and I was told that I will get store credit for that amount . It took almost 5 months for me to get those stores credit in my account. Now when I'm trying to redeem them customer service representative are saying that I can use only 50% during my purchase. After so many hassels I don't want to pay single penny to them.
