As I have ordered 1 Gram of lantanolic acid from Hebei Duoke Chemical Technology co.,Ltd and for this I have transferred 115USD for the same purpose. But the company sent 1 gram of glucose instead of lantanolic acid.When i inquired regarding the same matter they accept that they send glucose instead of lantanolic acid due to non availability. I didn't expect such a irresponsible answer from the company employee regarding the same And they are denying to send the lantanolic acid for which i have paid. Kindly resolve the error while dispatching committed by the company. I hope you will never disoppoint me in this issue and solve the error as early as possible
