I ordered a few pieces from Jujubeads-jewelry.com on June 10. That was almost three months ago. I've sent multiple emails to their email, amazon, Facebook ect., all with no reply as to what is happening with my order. They state on their website that orders are handmade and to be patient, but list the processing time as 3-10 business days. I wouldn't have minded as much if I got a reply from them, but they're blatantly ignoring my emails so I can't make excuses for them anymore. If you search carefully, this is a common practice for this "business." It's like they disappear completely when they don't feel like finishing an order. When complained about on other sites, Jujubeads will make unprofessional comments blaming everything on the customer, even when they are clearly at fault. It is simply childish. Some people get their orders just fine, but it is a gamble and a hassle with Jujubeads-jewelry.com. If you really want to order one of their products, I suggest you do it from Amazon where you can actually do something if they mess up. I ordered from Jujubeads-jewelry.com and have been unable to get my jewelry or a refund, so I do not recommend ordering off of this site.
