These hearing aids had far too much background noise so were not effective. When this was 1st reported we were told we could keep the first set (buy 1 get 1 free) which had been sent and they would send better quality ones. The replacement was just as ineffective. We called the company and said we wanted the full refund. We were THEN told we could only get the full refund if ALL sets were returned. Although this was contrary to the first guidance, I returned all sets. Good thing I had not thrown the first sets away! According to them It took almost 2 weeks before they received the sets back? After contacting them the 3rd time they agreed to refund the $49 for the sets but not the rest ($35) which were "shipping" charges. After calling a 4th time and letting the man know the customer service was just as pitiful as the products he finally agreed to return the $12.95 for "rush shipping" but not the rest, $12.05.

They also said it would take 7-10 days to see this on my account? Since they took the $ out of my account overnight why does it take so long to return it? (13 days to ship back and 10 days to post to my account) I am grateful to HOPEFULLY get the refund but it should not be necessary to make 4 calls, nor wait 7-10 more days to get it? Nor should they be allowed to keep the shipping charges (35) which ended up being almost 1/2 the price! I Lost $12.05 and a LOT of time on phone calls and almost a month waiting for $ to be returned.
