I have been scammed by this firm too, I got an email from them to say that my loan had been accepted so only reason I gave my details only to then receive a list of lenders that I had to choose from and for this service they deducted £99.95!! Okay this fee was stated in the small print and would only be taken if I found a lender for which I did not. I have tried contacting them by phone but line has been disconnected and a new number has appeared on their website and the email they supply is returned with error message "no such person". I have received advice from citizens advise and will be writing to this company directly but something needs to be done about them now as I found complaints regarding them from 2012!! which I wish I had found earlier then I would not be near £100 out of pocket.
