I signed up for a lifetime membership to rent my vacation rental through united in uniform.com in March of 2013. I was given a money back guarantee if 10x (times the investment was not made within the first 24 months. After not receiving one request within the first year I called to cancel my listing. I was talked into giving them more time. After receiving no requests by August of 2014 I called to cancel and requested my guaranteed refund. I was instructed to e-mail my request to the [email protected] which I did. After receiving no answer I began calling. Since 8-6-14 I have called more than 4times and left my number for a return call.I have received no return calls and am unable to access the live chat they directed me to.
