I ordered a sample product which I returned the very day it arrived as my dr said I couldn't use it. charged $44.92 the next day even tho it was to be a free trial. Called the company and asked to cancel the ordering and get a refund. Told them I had returned the product. July 22, three days later. I received a charge for $89.95. Called the company again. They said they never received returned product and had shipped again because they had not record of a cancellation or return. Product arrived next day on 23. I called again and got an RA number of 94403-1381-37831. Mailed with a tracking number and first class postage. Post Office has told me the product was delivered on 28th. I have been calling and emailing daily since then. No answer to calls or email. I am trying to get help from my bank with no luck for them either. I have put out a FACE Book warning and called the Better Business Bureau. Judi Clifford

The same thing happened to me, I was charged $89.95 before my free trial even arrived. Can't speak to a human on the phone. TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF!
If anyone know how to return the product and really get a refund please let me know. -
