I paid £599.00 for a ticket, they acknowledged receipt of the payment and later asked me to pay an extra £200.00 as the ticket had gone up since the time I made the payment. I asked for a refund and was told that they would deduct £399.00 as cancellation fee. When I refused to accept that I was blatantly told to go to hell. I complained to Action Fraud and was told that the persons operating the website were not physically present in the UK. I never got my money back.
