Roadrunner was struggling financially and arrangements were made to give personal business loan with the condition that as soon as job was completed repayment in full would be made. It's several years later and still owes me for this loan. I have since found out that Paul Wood has a history of taking money with promise to do work or to repay back and does not honor his obligation. Very untrustworthy. Also this person does not have licenses required to be in business.
