I had problems with my computer and went on the Winzip.com, inside their page it asked me to click on this icon if I needed help with my computer wich I did and it asked me to call a telephone # which I did, a person by the name of Vijay Shekar told me that my computer was at risk and she showed me all my personal info on the screen and she told me they had to fix it so nobody good get my personal info and offered me a lifetime protection with Systweak for $ 478.00. She finally talked me into singing up and she passed me on to an technician who seemed to be working on my computer for approx. 21/2 hours when everything all of a sudden came to a stop. My computer is still not working properly and I am worried that my computer has been compromised. My credit card has been charged with 2 Invoices one Invoice # 2296895-001-23UF and Invoice #2296915-001-23UF for $ 109.00 both invoices are through paypro.
When I tried to contact them via phone or e-mail I got no response. Any advise would be greatly appreciated since I would like to cancel this subscription and recoup my money.
