I contacted Geek support technical services through Microsoft because I received a call that my pc had been hacked. I gave them remote control and they showed me that over 1000 entries of someone hacking into my pc and mrywr was on my pc. I paid $199.99 for them to clean up my pc and they was also suppose to install a program to block the danger of anyone else gaining access to my pc. Today, August 2, I received a call from them again saying that they were receiving warning messages from my pc. Again they do a scan and they show me a message saying that my firewall has expired. When I asked how could this happen when I just paid them to prevent such dangers from happening. They responded because my pc is now 2 yrs. old. I have Vipre antivirus internet security lifetime program installed on my pc. They wanted to charge me another $99. At this point I became anger and demanded he get off my phone. This is a scam!
