Multiple phone calls from James birggs Gary Lotion and the Manager Thomas Carter at 952-467-6390. I was called multiple bad names because I hung up on these people several times. I finally talked to one of them and they said Microsoft had dropped my account and for $349.00 they could fix the problem from people trying to hack my accounts. They completely dumped my computer and said they would not do anything to fix it until I payed up. After I paid they spent one hour down loading a protection program. The very next day I got a call from the same company saying they would refund the money because it was a mistake I then called the manager Thomas Carter 952-467-6390 he then said that phone call was a scam I feel the whole thing was a scam.
