She and her husband rented a home from me,In Gastonia, Got into me for 2 months rent, and also stole my refrigerator,stove,and dishwasher. They also left the house a mess. She promised that if I let her out of her lease she would pay the 2 months rent,(never received as of yet)and took the appliances. I would not recommend anyone to rent to her, unless you received a substantial amount of money.I have tried to reach them and there phones are not working and she told me she was moving to S.C. I have found out that she is not in S.C. but still in N.C. still no forwarding address naturally.Please anyone dealing with her be careful.
