I told GDL Myscore I did not wish to continue with services. I did not need it nor want it since I was able to go somewhere else for free. They took money out of my account on 8/17/14 for $29.95. I called my credit card and they reversed the charges however GDL charged me again on 9/3/14. I want this to stop. I tried calling them however, when I did get someone on the phone, they put me on hold for 11 minutes and never came back. The second time I called, I did not even get an operator so after about 10 minutes I hung up. What about I don't want your services don't they understand? Thank you.
