The person selling the flight vouchers promised me that a family of 4 could travel together so I purchased 8 vouchers for $99.00 each hoping for 2 getaways. When I tried to make a booking they told me only 2 vouchers were allowed per travel so I changed the booking from 4 people to 2 people and was quoted $1000.00 more for 7 nights accommodation than the price from the hotels own website.I have called them several times in the past 2 weeks and am only allowed to talk to Liz who is looking after my supposed booking. No one else will help me and they won't put me through to the manager. Liz never gets back to me.I really want my money back.
