Received telephone call at work and have requested a cancellation and refund of funds charged twice to my visa card. first charge on July 15,2014 for $71.73. Have tried numerous times to cancel, but company is not cooperative. Have gone to my visa company and request to place these items in dispute.I do not want these books and was not advised of the 10 day cancellation policy.
