I ordered their product with the introductory price. I was informed I would be send additional shipments every months. Instead I got shipments and charged every two weeks or so and sometimes for more than one bottle. Whenever I call them, I get put on an eternal hold and they it just hangs up.

- Same thing happened to me. I still have not recieved my refund that I was told on May 24th I would recieve within 7-10 business days ( it is now June 13th). I would never recommend LeanSpa to anyone. What a horrible, dissorganized business. Customer service tells me corporate handles the refunds and when you ask for the number they tell you they only contact corporate by email. What a crock. LEANSPA YOU GOT YOUR PRODUCT BACK NOW GIVE ME MY MONEY. I even have my UPS reciept for proof.

- Refund???? Bull!!! I have sent back all of my shipments with refused on them and still no refund as promised! At $80 a pop, un-opened packages returned as soon as they are received, this company (if that is what you want to call it) has the most un-organized, lying s.o.b.'s I know. I din't evn bother trying the product becuse the first shipment that you're supposed to try for "free" cost me $$ too. Never go to this company!!!! Whomever you are, they are BAD!!!
