After visiting a M&S site I was invited to do a survey
on my experience afterwards I was invited to choose a product free of charge. I had to pay postage which I did this was about 8 weeks ago. This week £84.17 has been taken from my account without my authorisation.
I am amazed that companies such as Max Factor would want to be associated with this company. I stupidly gave my card no. to pay for postage. I have not given up hope of getting my money back but this doesn't seem likely from what I have found out.
