In November 2013, I was contacted by Westhill Consulting concerning an opportunity to investing in Go Green, GOGR.GXG. I purchased 1400 shares at 3.75 GBP.
The price rose gradually. I was contacted again about transferring the balance to another offer with a much larger minimum buy-in. The consultants were rather pushy but I wasn't interested.
In March 2014 I gave an instruction by email to sell my GOGR.GXG shares, which were then showing a value of 4.15 GBP. I needed the money in a hurry, so I instructed them to go as low as 4.05 GBP. I did not hear back.
After repeated attempts I managed to get through by phone I was told that although the GXG board was showing 4.15 GBP, there were no bids at 4.05 GBP or at any price.
I contacted the GXG board about this and they did not have any record of me being a shareholder. I was not, after that time, able to get anyone from Westhill on the phone, or my email.

Later, trade in GOGR.GXG was suspended, and then terminated, in July 2014.
