This is regard to a complaint my husband filed number 152655 and a recent email received from Ocean View Properties. I believe that we were sent an email in error but it appears that Ocean View is still up to their old tricks. The email was addressed to Mrs. Maglayla. It acknowledges a payment for SAT Taxes. This is how they got money out of us saying that it was required to transfer a property located in Mexico. We subsequently found this not to be true. And soon afterward Ocean View stopped returning our calls and emails. We never got the money promised to buy our timeshare.So fair warning to Mrs. Maglaya.The email even notes that it may be hard to reach their agents who are busy with closings. So starts the freeze out.
