My brother received a 'past due' notice from this entity saying a late fee is being added to the bill which now is $52.40. The 'bill' shows no I.D. info as to location of the so called business. My brother is gullible to scams. Obviously, this item will be discarded. Date of notice rec'd 9/15/14
