I bought a " free" sample of matrixyderm am/ pm via Facebook. I had to pay around $10 postage. I thought that was the end of it but unknown to me I had two payments of $79.95 removed from my account on 2 sept, 2014 and $89.90 on the 2 oct 2014.
I don't recall getting any paperwork with this product.

- I too have been fleeced of money 3 times in the last fortnight even though I have gone through their website to cancel. I received only one container and no paperwork. I received no reply from my first complaint and there is no phone number even though they say they have a 24/7 customer service. I hope you get a reply and I will be following this lead to if I don't.
