In October this year I responded to web advertising for free samples of Matrixyderm and Beautefix products. On 26 October I duly paid the required $7.90 and $9.95 freight charges as requested, and was very pleased to receive these samples shortly thereafter.
However, on 9 November the amounts of $79.95 and $49.95 were deducted from my credit card without my consent or knowledge, with reference Jcarnica-Products.com 441618840638 Gb. On discovering this I immediately emailed Jcarnica and requested advice on what these charges were for, and asked for full reimbursement as I had not ordered any products or authorised any deductions.
The only response I have received to my request for reimbursement is advising that my subscription (which I had not requested at any time) had been cancelled, and to return the products sent to me on 30 October. I have repeatedly advised that I did not, at any time, order any products apart from the supposed free sample for which I paid freight as required. These “free” samples were sent on 26 October.
The email address I have of [email protected] does not fit in your email field.
