I haven't ever heard of this website until my bank account had money taken from them. I am always clever with my bank details, especially online, so they have to be hackers of some sort. I am torn to pieces as like everyone else, I have bills to pay and a roof to keep over my head.
I am angry and disappointed, and there seems to be no way to actually contact them.
After going onto their website, I discovered I definitely couldn't have given details unknowingly, as I don't even have an account. There is nothing there and it makes me sick that I have been stolen from
