My mother's portable oxygen system quit working Sunday morning. I called their Emergency number, got an answering service (who were trying their best). They forwarded our messages to the technician, even speaking directly with him to state that my "oxygen-dependent" mother was without oxygen. He said he would call us. We placed calls at noon, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. No response. We will be filing legal complaints.
