Bought a dress from Bridesire for wedding, but it was way too small. It was delivered withtout any tags or proof of sizing. I contacted customer service at Bridesire to return it. They provided an address Shanghai China. I paid $65 to ship it with insurance and proof of delivery. Bridesire would not confirm that the dress was received and never returned my money for the $120 dress. I emailed and attempted phone call multiple times month after month, but never connected or received refund.
