I have booked 2 packages of Vacation @ Rs. 7799/- per package. Package consists of holidays forn/d for 4 persons at any destination in the world with Inclusive of Tax. Booking was to be confirmed atleast 30 days in advance.
I have made bookings in Advance 30 days and I was following up for confirmation from last 30 days. They only told on phone that we will confirm you, do not take any tension.
Now i have to start for my holidays and I am not having confirmation from Vacations Gateway regarding my booking.
I feel that I have neen cheated.
Vacations Gateway Customer Care Executive are not responding my phone calls.
I am in a deep trouble.
My Bolld pressure has been increased.
Request to help me to come out of the situation.
