My brand new laptop was malfunctioning&showed 'errors'. I got a message in my computer about this errors&the offer of getting them fixed by Downloading RegCleanPro for 39.94 dollars. After I downloaded the product,there was no confirmation email and I could not use it. I contact the number on the computer screen. I talked with one of their agents,he said that all the systems in my computer were infected&he would not allow me to use the program they charged me$39.94 for to fix the error unless I paid another 249 dollars. I told him the deal was pay 39.94 and the program I downloaded supposed to clean the errors as promised.If that wasn't going to happen,if I wasn't allowed to use the program I paid for;they needed to give me my money back. The agent on the phone,removed the program&refused to give me a refound. My bank disputed the charge and they denied my claim. It took several hundreds of dollars to fix my laptop&3hrs. Best Buy told me that this company is a scam.They infect your computer&ask you 1rt for some money to fix it,you without knowing they were the ones who ruined you computer in the 1rt place,agree&then they ask you for more money.That's is how they make money.They get way with it because,they aren't fully regulated.1.I paid for a software I wasn't able to use.2 they infected my computer.3 They removed the software inmediately after charging me the money.4 After purchasing the software,I got no confirmation email as promised,or anything they promised.5 They refuse to give me my money back,even though they infected my computer,I never was able to use the software,or even have it.Lily Marin
