This company advertises that there is a 14 day trial. When I signed up, there was no terms of service. Also the page after purchase would not load, when checking to see if there was a term of service. It would only go to another page for purchasing the product.

They ended up charging my account for products never delivered, nor ordered. What they do not tell you is that the trial starts the day you order, and the product is typically delivered after the trial period is over, thus enrolling in a monthly membership. Because the current terms they finally posted say no refunds regardless of any problems, there is no way to charge back for fraud or failure of delivery of product. They would also not pick up the phone, even after calling several times and emailing for support. At least 1 guy does respond to emails but that is not speaking much for the company. I had to have my bank call before they would actually pick up the phone.
