10/8/14: I responded to web ad for free trial of Wrinkless/Ayur Skin Cream. Received 10/17/14. Invoice stated Premiere Club Members would be billed 15 days from order date. I did not sign up to join a club. On 10/28/14, I noticed my overdraft protection activating and investigated. Found a charge on 10/24/14 for $99.90 & another on 10/27/14 for $139.90. Called CS# & was told I was automatically enrolled in autoship. I did not request this. The point of the web ad was a free trial of each product which you then had to mix before using for best results. I ordered 1 but received 2 of each product. I didn't notice any difference in my skin after using for a week. BUT the invoice states that only one jar can be opened & still receive a refund. If I was supposed to mix both products how could only one jar be opened? They make you pay shipping for returns and in addition charge a $10 restocking fee. They count on customers not reading the invoice. They also said that this was also explained on the website I ordered from. I went to Aloevella.com and couldn't find anything about a Premiere Club, or autoshipping.
If the web ad took me to a different website, I have no way to find it and verify their claim that all their policies are stated on their website. I wish you guys had some teeth so you could stop these people before they rip off more people.
