Ordered a "Free Trial" from an ad online. The ad states they offer a total guarantee of customer satisfaction and that you may return the product for a refund. Didn't read the Terms accessed from the tiny print at the bottom of the page. When the product was shipped I received an email with the details that I had been automatically enrolled in their money saving program. If you don't cancel and return the free trial product within 19 days from order you will be charged $97.95 monthly. The process to return the product is very tricky and time consuming. BUYER BEWARE!!!
