Ordered 3 jerseys for christmas presents for my sisters. I was sent an email from a company that billed me but then never received an order confirmation. The phone number did not reach anyone and their only means of contacting them was through their web page's contact form where you state your name email and comments. They never got back to me. I tried "contacting" them 3 times, and tried canceling my order 2 times that way. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, and at that point I wasn't expecting a product at all. Then I get an email saying my order is on the way. I reply saying that I tried canceling it 2 times through their site. They say "sorry its already on the way, but we'll give you a discount on your next order." I will never order from them again obviously.
Their site claimed "easy returns within 365 days of your order." I tried asking to return my items and they ask what is wrong with the item. Everything is wrong with the item. The sizing is completely off, the stitching is awful and the material is very cheap. I figured out a few days after I ordered that the Jerseys were not "authentic" as the website claimed. But apparently all those problems are not enough for me to return them because I still haven't heard back from the woman.
And now, the website is completely taken down and its almost as it had never existed at all.
