I subscribed to the Trim Down Club for a 60-day trial. Emailed them several times within the 60-day period to cancel and they have yet to respond. When email was sent they said they will respond in 2-3 business days but that did not happen. They have not acknowledged my request and there is no phone number for them. Thus, I have not received a refund but I continue to receive other email notices from them but nothing about a refund.
