I ordered a DVD box set and received correspondence from KIMBERLY WEISS who claimed to represent the company. I was assured the order would arrive within 2 weeks, but after numerous communications it only arrived more than 3 months later. On checking, the discs were all pirate copies, misnamed and with the wrong episodes. Aside from that, more than half of them failed to play at all.
I contacted Kimberly immediately and she apologized profusely and said she would have a new shipment sent in the next week. Again contacted her more than a dozen times as the order was never received and she kept advising it was on the way and she would send delivery confirmation.
More than 6 months later, I have still not received an order and when I requested a refund, I was told that too much time had passed since the original order and no refund would be given.
