I foolishly sent for the "free trial" and wasn't aware that I had to cancel within 14 days. since then this company has taken 2 lots of money from my account, despite my repeatd phone calls and emails to them as I was out of the country. The last parcel I received from them I returned but they refuse to give me a refund as I didnt ring them for a returns number, despite their customer advisor telling me just to return the good for refund. I asked them to send the good back to me as Ive paid for them and so far I havent received these either and they are now putting responsibility on their shipping agent. A VERY UNSCRUPULOUS AND DEVIOUS COMPANY, DONT GET SUCKED INTO THEIR SCAM
