Deceptive advertising. They give a "trial" of their eCigs for postage ($4.95), then if you don't return everything they charge $99.99. This is not mentioned at the time I paid for the trial. They claim it is on their website, apparently in fine print somewhere.

This seems to be a common scam among eCig companies. I have 2 more that did the same thing.

I called them but they claim I agreed to their terms when I agreed to pay $4.95, even though there was no mention of additional charges or of having to return anything. I read everything very carefully before paying the shipping fee, and there was no mention of additional charges.

I filed disputes with my CC company, and tried to file with the BBB, but the BBB has no listing of these businesses. They use deceptive names on the CC bill as well, like "VGM*ECIGCLUB." No listing for VGM, VGM Ecigclub, or Ecigclub anywhere.
