I attempted to purchase a vehicle listed on their website which wasn't actually available for sale by someone who didn't own the vehicle. It was a scam that cost me $12000 and I'm not the only person who got scammed. The company is aware of this illegal activity taking place on their site but still allow it. Their only response is that they are not responsible for what happens on the site, they simply connect buyers with sellers. The only problem is this person isn't selling anything he is committing fraud and taking advantage of innocent people only because Carsforsale.com is allowing it.
