Cold calling offering pre-IPO Alibaba Shares at attractive price, pointing out the high yields to be achieved at a later date. When a sales agreement was made we were told the shares were in the hands of an American transfer agent and that money would be paid in a couple of days to our foreign currency account in N.Z. Their web site was then closed down and a Notice of Stay for bankruptcy was displayed. Our experience seems to be identical to those of your other complainants including the individual names of the operatives. Frank

- "Alpha Resource Partners" are the most ruthless villains out there, My heartfelt sympathy to you Frank and other victims these lunatics took for granted. I was an investor until I found out through a well connected relative its a scam but I was able to recoup my funds.
