They phoned me first from an 'unknown' number and I was told that the reserve bank had granted 1700 people a gift of $9,000 for always paying taxes on time etc. and then I was to phone 202-697-9230 and give them this number AB144 and they would send the money to Western Union once I paid them $250 - I told them I would have to phone them back and did not send them money.
